Payment Options
As a courtesy Dream Dental will submit insurance claims on your behalf. We do our very best to accurately estimate your portion based on what information your insurance company will give us, however, any amount not covered by insurance is ultimately your responsibility. We have payment plans available to help you take care of your balance, and you can conveniently make payments over the phone by giving us a quick call.
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and Flexible Spending accounts (FSA), And Health Spending accounts (HSA).
Payment in full or insurance co-payment for treatment is required on date of service, unless otherwise specified by our billing coordinator.
Our office will provide you with an estimated insurance contribution, based on pre-qualification from your insurer. The estimated patient portion will be collected in full prior to the start of service.
In the event, that insurance provider reimbursement is less than originally estimated, the client will be responsible for paying any balance due after insurance payment has been applied.
As a reminder, Dream Dental accepts all major insurance PPO Plans and COBRA. As a courtesy, we submit all of the necessary documentation to your insurance provider.
