Dental bridges
Are fixed dental restorations used to replace one or more missing teeth by joining an artificial tooth definitively to adjacent teeth or dental implants.
It may take up to three appointments to install a dental bridge.
First, the two natural teeth adjacent to the gap to be filled are shaped to accommodate the missing tooth.
Next, a mold of your teeth and gums are sent to lab for fabrication of appliance.
A temporary bridge is fabricated to protect your teeth while the permanent bridge is being made in laboratory. The manufacturing process takes about 2-3 weeks.
The permanent bridge will be fitted, adjusted, and cemented into place.
